Cookie Dough Pretzels

These are the real deal. Chocolate chip cookie dough sandwiched between two pretzels, dipped in chocolate. They're relatively simple, just requiring a small time commitment while you wait for the various parts to set.

Pretzels, brown sugar, vanilla, powdered sugar, butter, chocolate chips, sprinkles, milk, and flour.
A few words of warning: Do not make these unless you have somewhere to take them where people will eat them. Otherwise, you WILL eat them all. Make them the day of your event if you can, to prevent "accidentally" finishing more than half of them yourself.

Beat together brown sugar and butter until fluffy.
Then mix in flour, powdered sugar, vanilla, salt, vanilla and milk.

Stir in chocolate chips

Sandwich about one teaspoon between two pretzels, lay 'em on a cookie sheet, and pop them in the freezer for about 10 minutes.

Melt chocolate chips in the microwave, dip the pretzels in the chocolate and then in the decoration of your choice. My pretzel's weren't very salty so I went with salt and two kinds of sprinkles. I'm a firm believer in doing my best to eat food that's actually food not mono-xanthan-poly-nitrate-syrup... until it comes to sprinkles. I love those chewy, strange, colorful no-nutritional-value pieces. They make my heart smile.
