I hope everyone had an enjoyable, safe memorial day weekend.
There are a billion recipes on the internet. Let me take this opportunity to point out an excellent one.
Two suggested changes:
- skip making the "jam" in the middle, just leave the fruit sliced
- place the frosting between each layer so it will stick better (cake>frosting>fruit>frosting>cake...)
